Out-of-the-Box(OOTB) Fibre Artists are celebrating the annual Fibre Fling Show and Sale on April 3 & 4.

OOTB’s FIBRE FLING 2020 expects to showcase over 200 original artworks from over 40 individual fibre artists. Their one of a kind pieces range from art quilts, wearables (scarves, hats, jackets, etc), to appliqué, embroidery and bead works; and demonstrate a wide range of textile techniques both traditional (such as knitting and crocheting) and contemporary applications such as felting, free motion/thread painting and mixed media to name just a few.

Where: Kitchissippi United Church, 630 Island Park Drive, Ottawa, Ontario
When: Friday, April 3, 10 am – 8 pm and Saturday, April 4, 10 am – 5 pm
Cost: $5.00 admission fee (a portion of the proceeds will go to The Stephen Lewis Foundation)
