A lovely, all-in posh retreat for Stitchers held in Toronto March 2024

Hello! We all had such a great time last year, that we are planning another lovely stitching time at the beautiful BMO Institute for Learning from March 22-24. 2024. Please RSVP heatherjjames@gmail.com by 5th October 2023 with your intention. Payment asap assures you of a spot!

We are reaching out to members of all Guilds and their friends/family, whether they have attended any Retreat before or not.

We need “25 paid for the weekend” participants to make this a “go” so sign up and send your money in. Prices will go up as of 1st November, 2023.

Where: BMO/ IFL (Institute for Learning), 3550 Pharmacy Avenue, Toronto. A corporate training centre with free parking, wifi, Nourishment Hubs, private bedrooms, excellent food and an International level of 5 star service.

Guest Option 1/Basic Weekend

Coming Friday March 22nd between 4-5 pm for dinner and staying through until Sunday afternoon’s coffee break/Nourishment Hub – out by 5pm. weekend $734.50

Guest Option 2/Day only *

Coming for the OPTIONAL DAY Friday for 8:30am and Stitching until 5pm.

Nourishment Hubs (morning and afternoon) and Lunch, free parking and wifi are included.

If you wish to come on Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday but not be on site overnight

This is also suitable for local members who live close by and just want to come for the “day” on Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday. per day $151.25

*breakfast & dinner options available @ $25 and $40 +HST/day. Advance notice preferred

Guest Option 3/Long Weekend (Option 1 + 2/Friday)

Coming for the OPTIONAL DAY Friday for 8:30 am and staying until Sunday at 5 pm. You only need to pay for what you drink in the bar or wine/liquor service at dinner. total price all in: long weekend $885.75

All funds are quoted in Canadian dollars and include HST. You only need to bring your credit card for ID purposes at the Reception Desk, and if you buy any alcohol/snacks from the bar..

As per the policy of Toronto Guild of Stitchery on Refunds: Group activities are planned based on the collective commitments of the registrants. As such, refunds should not be expected. However, we will endeavour to recoup funds if such is requested following a death, military secondment or a serious illness.There are no guarantees of any refund if you cancel; but the venue has been very generous in the past.
